I’ve always had a soft spot for data and the way its analysis can shed new light on things.  I totally digged calculus (yeah I’m a dork, what can I say) – manipulating numbers to bring them to life in a way that answers complex problems is always exciting to me.  Although once I had to take math theory classes, I knew I was done.  You’ve got to be really wacky to like that stuff!

Giving data context and meaning and making it visually attractive and easy to digest is something I have always been interested in – so the latest trend that has been bubbling of late – creative data visualization – is right up my alley.
